THE LEVEL crossing barriers at Valley in Anglesey will be kept down as Storm Bert continues to affect the area.
The barriers were down all day yesterday (November 23), and will remain closed "until further notice", police said.
They have advised people to avoid the area.
A North Wales Police spokesperson said: "The level crossing barriers on Station Road in Valley, Holyhead will be kept down until further notice due to Storm Bert.
"Please avoid the area and consider alternative routes on your travels."
