Loughlin was bailed, and will be sentenced at Caernarfon Crown Court on January 22, 2025.

A pre-sentence report will be compiled on his behalf, with Judge Timothy Petts telling him he is unlikely to be jailed.

Judge Petts said to Loughlin: “The fact that you’ve pleaded guilty will make a difference to your sentence.

“Unless the pre-sentence report gives me no option, I’m not sending you to prison. That means your pre-sentence report is going to be very important.”
