A MAN has been reported for driving without a licence and insurance in Gwynedd.
A petrol go-kart was seized in Tywyn after "concerned" residents reported its use for anti social means.
The driver of the go-kart, a male, has been reported for driving without a licence and insurance.
A North Wales Police spokesperson added: "Thanks to those who made contact with us - your calls really do make a difference."
