A MAN from Anglesey is to be sentenced after he admitted breaching the terms of his sexual harm prevention order (SHPO).
Bakhtor Singh, 45, of Trem Arfon, Menai Bridge, also pleaded guilty today (October 7), at Caernarfon Crown Court (sitting at Llandudno Magistrates’ Court), to failing to comply with his sex offenders register notification requirements.
He will be sentenced for both offences on Tuesday, November 19.
The court heard that Singh breached his SHPO by approaching a female in Bangor on January 3.
Singh, whose last offence was in 2019, was granted conditional bail until his sentencing.
A pre-sentence report will be compiled on his behalf in the intervening period.
Judge Timothy Petts, presiding over today’s hearing, told him: “The fact you’ve pleaded guilty will make a difference to your sentence, but this is not the first time you’ve been in trouble for this sort of thing.
“I’m not making any promises for what your sentence will be.”
