A MAN was spotted rowing on a chair in a flooded street in Rhyl last night (September 30).

Ethan Tomo shared the below video, which he said were taken at about 11.45pm near the clock tower by Rhyl promenade.

The man was wearing an orange Hi-Viz jacket, and shorts and sliders, as he rowed on the chair.

Yesterday, numerous roads in the area flooded, including Upper Denbigh Road in St Asaph.

The section close to the new housing estate on the grounds of the old HM Stanley hospital was completely closed due to the flooding.

Llys Madoc in Towyn was also affected by flooding yesterday.
