A SEARCH is underway after a report of a person entering the water at the Menai Strait.
The person entered the water shortly before 9.45am this morning (September 20).
Partner agencies including the Fire Service, Coastguard and ARCC (Aeronatical Rescue Co-ordination Centre) are assisting with police searches in the area.
North Wales Police said: "We would appeal for anyone travelling along Menai Bridge between 9.20-9.45am this morning and saw anyone walking in the area, or may have dashcam footage, to contact us quoting reference Q142472."
