A MAN from Caernarfon has been charged with assault following an incident in August.
Stefan Rowlands, 31, of Cefn Cadnant, Caernarfon, has been charged with assault.
The incident occurred in Rhosgadfan on August 30.
He will appear before Llandudno Magistrates' Court today (September 18).
