THE roads in the vicinity of Beaumaris Pier have closed due to an "incident" this afternoon (August 28).
Police have urged people to avoid the area for the time being.
At 3.31pm, North Wales Police said: "We are currently dealing with an incident in Beaumaris in the area of the pier.
"Multiple emergency services are in attendance and a road closure is in place.
"We are asking people to avoid the area and find alternative routes where possible."
