A MAIN road in Gwynedd was closed this afternoon (Sunday, August 25) after a crash, police have said.
North Wales Police said shortly after 4pm that the A470 in Dolgellau was closed (from the Junction of Arran Road to the B4416 road) due to the incident.
Emergency services were in attendance and police were urging people to avoid the area and find alternative routes.
Police issued a subsequent update at around 6pm to confirm that the road has reopened to traffic.
