THREE arrests have been made after a man sustained a head injury in an alleged assault in Caernarfon.
North Wales Police said officers were called at 5.30pm today (Saturday, August 24) to a public order incident near Llys Arfon, Pendalar, Caernarfon.
A spokesperson said: "One adult male sustained a head injury following an assault.
"Currently, three persons have been arrested and conveyed to police custody.
"Neighbourhood policing officers are nearby completing house to house enquires. If you witnessed the incident, please contact 101, quoting Q127730."
