A GWYNEDD man was one of those dealt with for motoring offences at Mold Magistrates Court on Monday.
Jason Owen, aged 42 and of Tal y Bont in Llanrug, was sentenced for exceeding a 50mph (air quality) speed limit on the A494 between Garden City and Deeside Industrial Park on January 5.
He received a £175 fine and three penalty points.

He must pay £110 costs and a £70 victim surcharge.

The court opted not to disqualify him on the basis that he'd shown a ban would cause exceptional hardship to him and his children.
The reasons he relied on were that his licence is needed for his work as a heating engineer, and that he needs it for school drop-offs.
He put forward that financial hardship would follow, should he lose his job.
