A MAN has been charged following an incident on Pool Lane in Caernarfon on the afternoon of Friday, August 9.
Michael Owen Williams, 36, has been charged with a racially aggravated public order.
He will appear before Llandudno Magistrates’ Court on Monday, August 12.
