A MAN from Caernarfon has been charged following a disturbance at an address in the town on July 29.
Kevin Aaron Oliver, 30, of Cae Llwybr, has been charged with threatening behaviour with intent to cause fear of violence and sending electronic communications messages that are grossly offensive or of an indecent, obscene, or menacing character.
He was due to appear before Llandudno Magistrates’ Court today, (Wednesday, July 31).
