A MAN from Anglesey who drunk-drove while banned from the roads has been spared jail.
Aaron Kerr, 27, of Sandy Lane, Rhosneigr, appeared in court in Caernarfon on Tuesday (July 16), where he pleaded guilty to charges of driving while under the influence of alcohol, and driving while disqualified.
Kerr had two previous convictions for driving while under the influence of alcohol.

On July 15, an officer from North Wales Police’s Roads Crime Unit was passed information of a possible “drink-driver” heading from Llangefni to Rhosneigr.
Upon seeing the vehicle pull into a car park, the officer pulled in behind it and spoke to the driver.
Due to the smell of alcohol, the driver was breathalysed and found to test positive for alcohol.
Checks revealed he was disqualified from driving in February.
The driver was arrested and once in custody, a further sample was taken, which gave a reading of 118 micrograms of alcohol per 100ml of breath – more than three times the legal limit.
He was sentenced to 12 months in prison, suspended for 18 months.
Kerr was also handed a requirement to attend alcohol treatment, was banned from driving for a 57 months, and was ordered to pay costs.
