A HORSE RIDER was flown to hospital after a fall on Anglesey on Sunday (July 14).
Coastguard rescue teams from Rhosneigr and Holyhead were tasked with attending Cymyran Beach, where a female had sustained a neck injury after falling off her horse.
After being treated by a paramedic, she was stretchered to a helicopter and flown to hospital.

The horse had earlier been taken back to its trailer.
Rhosneigr Coastguard Rescue Team said: “Wishing the very best of luck to our casualty for a quick recovery.
“Remember, if you, or if you should see anyone in difficulties around our coastlines or at sea then please call 999 and ask for the Coastguards.”
