A CRASH involving three vehicles has caused a road closure in Gwynedd this morning (July 9).
The A5, by the junction for Tregarth on the outskirts of Bethesda (known as Halfway Bridge), is currently closed as a result of the crash.
Police have asked motorists to avoid the area for the time being.
A North Wales Police spokesperson said shortly after 9.30am: “Please avoid the area if at all possible whilst we await recovery, and use alternative routes for the time being.
“Thanks in advance for your cooperation and patience.”
An INRIX traffic update added: “Reports of slow traffic due to accident on A5 both ways at Halfway Bridge.”
