A MAN has died after going into cardiac arrest on an Eryri mountain.
At approximately 1pm on July 2, Aberdyfi Search and Rescue Team received a request the from Welsh Ambulance Service for assistance with a male in cardiac arrest on Cadair Idris.

But despite ongoing attempts, the man remained unresponsive and was declared deceased at the scene.
Wales Air Ambulance and Coastguard crews also attended the scene.
Aberdyfi Search and Rescue Team added: “Our thoughts remain with family and friends at this difficult time.”
