A MAN has been charged with two offences following an incident in Bangor earlier this week.
Rees Pennington, 32, of Caernarfon Road, Bangor, has been charged with assault by beating and criminal damage.
He is due to appear before Llandudno Magistrates’ Court today (Friday, June 28).
