A COUPLE of people were arrested in Holyhead yesterday (June 26) on suspicion of drug supply offences.
The two individuals were taken to custody in Caernarfon to await their police interviews.
Their arrests came as part of a joint operation between North Wales Police and Merseyside Police, where proactive patrols were conducted in Holyhead.

This is part of the annual Response Policing Week of Action, taking place between June 24 and 30.
Ynys Môn Support Sergeant Chris Burrow, of North Wales Police, said: "Many thanks to all the officers involved.
“As a result of good team work and effective use of stop-search powers, two individuals were arrested on suspicion of drug supply offences.
“Hopefully, this sends a message to those who wish to do harm in our communities that it won't be tolerated."
