A MAN was arrested on suspicion of assault following an incident near a golf club in Gwynedd.
The incident, which happened at about 8.30pm on June 1 near Nefyn Golf Club, involved a man and a woman.

Following his arrest, the man was given conditional bail.
It is believed that two men, who police are keen to speak to, witnessed the incident and intervened.
A North Wales Police spokesperson said: “Anyone with information that can assist with our enquiries is asked to contact us via our website or by calling 101, quoting reference 24000491457.”
