In a major boost for Anglesey, Pi Real Estate is poised to deliver 60,000 sq ft of renovated office, industrial, and warehouse space this July.

The sister company to a Manchester based property investment and development firm rescued the vacant buildings at Llwyn Onn Industrial Estate in Amlwch, in 2019, renaming them Parc Menter and Tŷ Menter.

These buildings were once a part of Rehau’s operations before the closure.

Pi Real Estate, in collaboration with contractors Glyn Jones Building Contractors Limited, has been working to modify the existing infrastructure into high-quality warehouse and office space.

Ted Murray of Pi Real Estate said: "We are on target to deliver this new accommodation, which will provide good quality industrial, warehouse and office suites.

"A range of sizes are available from small starter units up to large high bay warehouses all at highly affordable rents."

He expressed joy at this being the first scheme within the recently designated Amlwch Enterprise Zone.

The project is set to play a significant role in bolstering the Anglesey economy, much impacted by the closure of the Rehau factory.

Mr Murray added: "We understood the importance of bringing this neglected building back to life and have been encouraged by the Local Authority.

"We have already had serious interest in some of the space with four units under offer and negotiations ongoing on others.

"The scheme will appeal to a wide range of businesses from start-ups to those looking to expand."

Legat Owen and BA Commercial are the letting agents for the scheme.
