A Coleg Menai student turned her work experience into a job, after she impressed during the placement.

Efa India Everitt-Mcall, a student of Level 2 Travel, Tourism & Business at the Bangor campus, will now join the Ffestiniog and Welsh Highland Railway as an on-train steward.

She also added: "I was excited when they asked me to send my CV because I knew there was only one vacancy.

"I’m looking forward to starting."
