On Saturday, the event at the pub will feature music from the era, a World War II Land Rover, and people in military and period costume.
Nadine Rudd, manager of The Market Tavern, said: “The pub will be decorated, and we have a fantastic singer, Helen Pearson, from 4pm, followed by karaoke.
“There will also be a World War II jeep outside for photo opportunities.
“We would like to encourage people to dress up and get into the spirit!”
