AN ATTEMPTED arson attack allegedly took place in a car park in Bangor.
At about 11.15pm on Monday, April 1, a small fire between two parked vehicles in a car park near Glynne Road was reported.
It is believed that a small glass bottle filled with an accelerant was thrown into the car park, causing the fire.

North Wales Police has appealed for anyone who witnessed or who has information about the incident to contact the force.
A police statement read: “We’re appealing for anyone who was travelling along Friars Road, Friars Avenue or Orme Road between 11-11.30pm and may have dashcam or private CCTV footage to contact us.
“We’re also appealing for anyone who may have witnessed a person running in the area wearing a coat with the hood up and wearing dark trainers with white soles to contact us.
“Anyone with information that could assist our enquiries should contact police via our website or by calling 101, quoting reference 24000304161.”
