A MAN has been banned from driving, fined and been given an alcohol rehabilitation order after being caught three times over the limit while behind the wheel.
The 56-year-old, from Liverpool, was stopped in Menai Bridge on February 22 having been noticed by a member of the public "weaving across the road" and mounting the curb.
He then failed a roadside breath test, giving a reading of 112 at the roadside and a later reading of 118 in custody - the legal limit is 35.
Having been charged with drink driving, he appeared before Magistrates' Court today (March 15) and was disqualified from driving for months, given an alcohol rehabilitation order and fined more than £700.
