THE McDonald’s restaurant in Bangor has temporarily closed so that refurbishments can be carried out at the site.
Based at the Britannia Shopping Centre, on Caernarfon Road, the restaurant shut on Wednesday (February 21).
It is expected to re-open in roughly five weeks.

A McDonald’s spokesperson said on February 22: “The restaurant closed yesterday and plans to re-open towards the end of next month.
“The restaurant is closed for refurbishment at the moment.
“We’ll be back in touch with all the exciting information closer to the time of reopening.”
