A MOTORCYCLIST was airlifted to hospital with serious injuries following a crash on Anglesey.
The single vehicle crash happened on Minffordd Road, Caergeiliog (near to junction 4 of the A55), on Thursday, February 1. North Wales Police were alerted just after 5.35pm.
A spokesperson for the force said: "A man in his 30’s was transferred to Aintree Hospital after he was found by members of the public having come off his BMW motorcycle on the sweeping right hand bend leading from Llanfihangel-yn-Nhywyn towards the roundabout for Junction 4 of the A55.
"Officers are appealing for any witnesses who may have seen the S registered, blue coloured motorcycle, which had black panniers and top box travelling along Minffordd Road around this time or who may have witnessed the collision to contact them."
