A SERVING prisoner from Abergele has been issued with another jail term after he breached the terms of his restraining order.
Richard Owen, 31, of Marine Road, was sentenced to two years’ imprisonment at Caernarfon Crown Court on October 6 for blackmail.
At Caernarfon Magistrates’ Court on November 22, he was given a 24-week prison sentence after admitting two counts of breaching his order.
Owen had been banned from entering Holyhead for five years in 2021 after repeatedly stabbing his then-partner with a fork.
But he did so twice, in October 2022 and February 2023, without reasonable excuse.
He will also pay a £154 surcharge upon his release from prison.
