A CLOSURE notice has been authorised by police for a property in Bangor after reports regarding “disorder and nuisance”.
This is at 19 Tan Y Coed, Maesgeirchen, and was issued today (September 7).

North Wales Police said: “Due to disorder and nuisance within an address in Bangor, a closure notice has been authorised by a superintendent for 19 Tan Y Coed, Maesgeirchen.
“Access to the premises by any person is hereby prohibited, unless you are a specified person, or present in specified circumstances.
“It is a criminal effect to, without reasonable excuse, remain on or enter premises.”
Sergeant Dan Dent, Gwynedd North Neighbourhood Policing Sergeant, said: "Closure notices are a last resort; however, we will take such action to protect neighbours and the wider community.
“We continue to share intelligence and information with our partners in housing."
