North Wales Police has said the centre of Dolgellau is currently completely closed to vehicles and members of the public, and that it will remain closed for "quite a while".

"Thank you for your cooperation with this matter."
A North Wales Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson said three crews, and a technical rescue unit, have been called to an incident involving a collapsed roof inside the Spar building on Plas-Yn-Dref Street.
They said crews were called to assist amid reports of possible people trapped. They have assisted with the rescue of one person who's now in the care of the ambulance service.
Witnesses state that an air ambulance was also called to the incident.
