A FAMILY from Gwynedd celebrated great success at this year’s Denbigh & Flint Show.
The country show, which dates back to the 1800s, was held near Denbigh yesterday (August 17), with thousands of people turning out for the event.
For one family from Gwynedd, the show was a day to remember.

H.D. and E.M. Roberts, from Ffridd, Llithfaen, Pwllheli won the champion pig competition, with Mr Roberts’ son and daughter also winning the young pig handler classes.
The event saw a wide variety of cattle, sheep and pig classes and competitions, as well as pigeon, guinea pig and rabbit entries.
More than 100 trade, food and drink stalls were also in attendance.
