A weather warning has been issued as strong winds look set to batter Anglesey and the Llyn Peninsula later this week.
The Met Office has issued a yellow weather warning for part of Wales as winds of up to 55 miles per hour (mph) are forecast to hit on Friday (August 18).
The strong wind warning will be in place for most of Friday, running from midnight on Thursday night until 6pm on Friday.
It is set to affect all of Anglesey and the Llyn Peninsula as well as areas including Bangor.
The strong winds could cause travel disruptions, damage to trees and buildings and short-term loss of power.

What to expect from the yellow weather warning on Anglesey
The Met Office said the yellow weather warning for Anglesey and the Llyn Peninsula was due to a period of strong easterly winds which are likely to have an impact on travel and tourism.
As a result of the strong winds, the Met Office said to expect:
- Some bus and train services could be affected, with some journeys taking longer, or even cancellations due to the potential for fallen trees
- Delays for high-sided vehicles and caravans on exposed routes and bridges likely
- Trees and temporary structures such as marquees and tents could be damaged
- Some short term loss of power and other services is possible
A Met Office spokesperson added: "Locally strong and at times gusty easterly winds are expected to develop to the west of high ground overnight Thursday into Friday, with gusts of 45-55 mph most likely.
"There is a small chance a few places could see gusts in excess of 60mph.
"This may lead to difficult conditions for holiday traffic on Friday, and could result in a few fallen trees affecting some roads and railway lines.
"Temporary structures across campsites and outdoor events could be damaged."
