A COUPLE of men have been arrested after class A drugs and two imitation firearms were seized in Bangor yesterday (August 8).
Officers conducted warrants at two properties in Bangor yesterday, which led to a quantity of drugs and the firearms being discovered.
The men, both aged 20, were arrested on suspicion of possession of class A drugs and imitation firearm.
They remain in police custody while enquiries continue.
District Inspector Ian Roberts said: “We continue to pursue those who seek to cause harm to our communities.
“We are grateful of the concerns raised to us by residents which we were able to act upon swiftly.”
