The Old Crown Buildings, which used to house St. Beuno’s Dairy at Y Ffor, is available with Middleton Barton Valuation.
It has a guide price of £740,000, and is available on a freehold basis.
Liquidators were called in to the company last summer, which was found to have owed more than £250,000 to trade creditors.

The property was originally constructed in 1972, with extensions carried out in 1982 and 2011.
Middleton Barton Valuation said of the property: "The property is located in a rural location on the Llyn Peninsula in North Wales.
“The property is situated 26 miles south of Bangor and the A55 North Wales Expressway.
“The property is located 85 miles from Chester and the national motorway network via M56 motorway.
