BANGOR-born singer and presenter Aled Jones has been the victim of robbery incident where he was allegedly threatened with a machete.
The incident occurred around 5.40pm on Friday when the 52-year-old Songs of Praise star was walking with his 18-year-old son on Chiswick Road, west London.
The Sun reported that, according to a source, a man wielding a machete confronted the father and son, demanding the handover of Jones' £17,000 Rolex Daytona watch.

Jones complied.
The former choirboy reported the incident to the authorities, leading to the arrest and charging of a 16-year-old who is due to appear in court next month.
The Metropolitan Police said: "A 16-year-old was charged with one count of robbery. The charge follows a robbery on Friday, July 7, on Chiswick Road.
"At about 17.40hrs a 52-year-old man reported he had been approached by a male who threatened him with a machete and demanded his watch."
