EIGHT fire crews rushed to tackle a house fire in Gwynedd.
The blaze happened at an address in Dinas Mawddwy, a village which lies in the within the Southern edge of the Eryri (Snowdonia) National Park.
North Wales Fire and Rescue service tweeted on June 14: "We're in attendance at a house fire in Dinas Mawddwy in Gwynedd.

The call was received at 14.45hrs and crews from Porthmadog, Machynlleth, Llanfyllin, Dolgellau, Barmouth, Wrexham, the EPU from Wrexham and the ICU from Rhyl are at the scene. pic.twitter.com/FPDIdiY3EF

At about 7pm, the fire service gave an update.
A spokesperson said: "There are no reports of any one injured in the incident. Crews are likely to remain at the scene for some time.
"The cause of the fire will be investigated."
