AN INQUEST has opened into the death of a man from Gwynedd who lost his life following a collision in Denbighshire.
Gary Parker-Frost, 57, of Bala, died on March 30 after the Toyota vehicle he was driving was involved in a crash with a coach on the A5 near Corwen.
He was pronounced dead by a paramedic at 2.16pm.

A post-mortem, undertaken at Ysbyty Glan Clwyd, Bodelwyddan, returned a provisional cause of death of multiple injuries.
At today (April 11)’s opening, held in Ruthin, Kate Sutherland, assistant coroner for North Wales East and Central, adjourned the inquest to a date to be fixed.
