THE latest episode of a Gordon Ramsay BBC series was filmed at locations on Anglesey.
Gordon Ramsay’s Future Food Stars takes contestants across the country to compete in a series of challenges, with the series winner taking home an investment of £150,000 into their own food and drink business.
The second series’ second episode was largely filmed on Anglesey, with Gordon greeting the contestants on Beaumaris Pier and their challenge taking place near Penmon Lighthouse.

In the task, Gordon challenges them to find three high-grade species of seaweed – green lettuce, sugar kelp and dulse.
They are just some of the more than 650 species of seaweed that can be found in the British and Irish seas.
In the programme, Gordon refers to the Penmon coastal area as “one of the most sustainable food sources around”.
