TWO people have been fined £600 each for delaying a train at Holyhead station while drunk.
British Transport Police said the incident happened some time ago, and that the two people had preventing the train from leaving the station because of their ‘drunken behaviour’.
They were both offered conditional cautions, but did not comply.

They pled guilty in court last week, and were ordered to pay £600 each in compensation.
A British Transport Police spokesperson said: “Some time ago, two people prevented a train from leaving Holyhead due to their drunken behaviour.
“They were both offered Conditional Cautions but failed to comply.
“Last week in Court they pleaded guilty and were ordered to pay £600 each in compensation for the delays caused by them.”
