A WOMAN from Caernarfon was handed restraining orders after assaulting two people and causing criminal damage to property at a hotel.
Emily Jones, 29, of North Road, was accused of assaulting Katie Griffiths and James Tarbath by beating them, and damaging a television cabinet belonging to Tarbath, at Bryn Mor Beach Hotel, Caernarfon on April 23, 2022.
She admitted to all three offences on January 13.
At Caernarfon Magistrates’ Court on January 24, Jones was ordered to complete a maximum of 20 days’ rehabilitation activity, and to abstain from consuming alcohol for 90 days.
The court prohibited her from contacting or communicating with Griffiths and Tarbath, by any means whatsoever, until January 23, 2024.
Jones will pay £350 in compensation, £300 in costs to the Crown Prosecution Service, and a £95 surcharge.
This totalled £745, to be paid as a full lump sum within 28 days.
An application was made for deductions from her benefits.
