A SHOPPING centre is Bangor is set to go under the hammer for a second time.
Deiniol Shopping Centre, on High Street, Bangor, is going up for auction with Barnard Marcus. It has a guide price of £1,100,000.
Details, published on the website, say: "A freehold shopping centre within a busy city centre let to tenants which include Specsavers, Vodafone, EE and Iceland.
"The shopping centre is located in the busy city centre of Bangor and is adjacent to the High Street between Waterloo Street and Garth Road."
The car park area is excluded from the sale and will be held on a new lease of 250 years.
Deiniol Shopping Centre was previously listed for auction on allsop in 2019.
The auction with Barnard Marcus will take place in February.
