A RESIDENT of Gwynedd is to abstain from consuming alcohol after pleading guilty to committing two offences while driving.
Taylor Parry, 23, of Llandderfel, was accused of the following while driving a Ford vehicle on the A5026 in Holywell on June 12, 2022:
- Driving without due care and attention.
- Driving with 58 micrograms of alcohol per 100 millilitres of breath.
Parry pleaded guilty to both at Mold Magistrates’ Court on January 6.
The court disqualified Parry from driving for 40 months, and ordered Parry to avoid alcohol for 120 days.
In addition, Parry must complete a maximum of 10 days’ rehabilitation activity.
Parry is to pay £85 in costs, and a £95 victim surcharge.
This totalled £180, to be paid in full by February 3.
