A WOMAN from Holyhead was fined and banned from the roads after pleading guilty to two counts of drug-driving.
Natalie Rowlands, 30, of Cybi Place, was accused of the following while driving a BMW vehicle on the A55 in Llangefni on September 7:
- Driving with more than 400 micrograms per litre of blood of Benzoylecgonine (BZE, a cocaine breakdown product).
- Driving with more than 65 micrograms per litre of blood of cocaine.
She pleaded guilty to both at Llandudno Magistrates’ Court on November 23.
Rowlands was disqualified from driving for 12 months.
The court issued a fine of £180, costs to the Crown Prosecution Service of £85, and a victim surcharge of £72.
This totalled £337, to be paid in monthly instalments of £25 from December 23.
