RECYCLING centres across Gwynedd have been forced to close today due to adverse weather as Storm Claudio hits North Wales.
Yellow weather warnings for rain and have been issued for North Wales, with Bangor receiving a warning for wind.
Gwynedd Council/Cyngor Gwynedd have confirmed that its recycling centres in Bangor, Caernarfon, Garn, Pwllheli and Dolgellau have been closed for the rest of the day.
The Council has apologised for any inconvenience caused, and said that those who have booked a slot will have to rearrange.

A Gwynedd Council spokesperson said: "Unfortunately, due to adverse weather, the following recycling centres have had to close today (November 2):
- Bangor
- Caernarfon
- Garn
- Pwllheli
- Dolgellau
