A WOMAN from Anglesey is to serve a curfew after pleading to guilty to fraud by false representation and theft.
Kelly Jones, 33, of Maes Mona, Amlwch, was accused of stealing a Vanquis credit card belonging to Claire Thomas on May 7.
She was also accused of using the credit card to make a gain of £700 for herself in Benllech and Bangor on May 7 and 8.
Jones pleaded guilty to both offences at Caernarfon Magistrates’ Court on October 3.
The court ordered here to complete a maximum of 10 days’ rehabilitation activity, and a period of non-residential drug rehabilitation.
She will also be required to remain at her home address every day between 6pm and 6am until December 11.
Jones will also repay the £700 in compensation.
