THE site of an interiors store in Caernarfon is for sale by way of tender courtesy of Gwynedd Council.
“Stylish Interiors”, at units seven and nine on Bridge Street, is to be sold freehold, with vacant possession.
According to the Valuation Office Agency’s register, the council understands that the property currently has a rateable value of £9,400.
The property is to be sold in its current condition, with no works having been undertaken by the seller.
With a floor area of more than 1,000 sq ft, the property is located close to the town centre and a short walk from Caernarfon Castle.

Other businesses on Bridge Street include Santander, Costa Coffee and Specsavers.
The successful applicant will also be required to cover the council’s legal costs; either a set fee of £390, or 0.6 per cent of the sale price (whichever the greatest).
Applications must be submitted to Gwynedd Council by Thursday, November 24.
