A MAN from Holyhead has been jailed after he was found guilty of breaching a criminal behaviour order that had previously been imposed on him.
Barry Davies, 34, of Bryn Glas Road, was accused of using abusive, threatening, disorderly or intimidating behaviour on Holyhead’s High Street on October 15.
He was prohibited from doing so by an order made by Llandudno Magistrates’ Court on October 18, 2019.
Davies was found guilty at Llandudno Magistrates’ Court on October 17.
The court sentenced him to 17 weeks’ imprisonment.
This was said to be due to his “flagrant disregard for court orders”.
