A MAN from Bala is to serve a restraining order and complete unpaid work after pleading guilty to committing common assault.
Mark Williams, 37, of Cysgod Y Coleg, was accused of assaulting Dewi Pugh in Bala on June 21.
He pleaded guilty at Caernarfon Magistrates’ Court on September 26.
Williams was ordered not to contact Pugh directly or indirectly until September 25, 2024.
In addition, he will complete 50 hours of unpaid work.
He is to pay £100 in compensation, £85 in costs to the Crown Prosecution Service and a £114 victim surcharge.
This amounted to a total payment of £299.
