A WOMAN from Caernarfon has received a conditional discharge after pleading guilty to threatening behaviour in the town.
Rhiannon Roberts, 37, of Cil Uchaf, was accused of using threatening or abusive words or behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress in Caernarfon on February 16.
She pleaded guilty at Caernarfon Magistrates’ Court on September 22.
Roberts was handed a conditional discharge of 12 months.
The court ordered her to pay costs to the Crown Prosecution Service of £85, and a £22 victim surcharge.
This amounted to a total of £107, which she is to pay as a full lump sum within 28 days.
An application was made for deductions from Roberts’ benefits.
A second offence of threatening behaviour on February 17, to which Roberts pleaded not guilty on September 15, was dismissed after no evidence was offered.
