A WOMAN from Bangor has been ordered to pay in excess of £350 after pleading guilty to drunk and disorderly behaviour and to committing assault in the city.
Emma Williams, 25, of Lon Ogwen, was accused of the following on January 29:
- Drunk and disorderly behaviour on Dean Street, Bangor.
- Assaulting Rebecca Williams by beating her.
She changed her pleas to guilty for both offences at Caernarfon Magistrates’ Court on September 21.
Williams was is to pay fines totalling £216, compensation of £50, and £105 in costs to the Crown Prosecution Service.
This amount to a total of £371, to be paid as a full lump sum within 28 days.
An application was made by the court for deductions from Williams’ benefits.
